For standard online orders such as gourmet cookies and cinnamon rolls, please allow a minimum of 3 days' notice. Custom cakes, large orders, weddings, and specialty desserts may require additional notice depending on availability and design complexity.
Submit a custom cake request with your event date, serving size, flavor preferences, design details, and inspiration photos if available. I'll review the request and follow up with pricing and availability. Your date is not reserved until the required retainer has been received.
Yes. Local pickup is available on selected days and times shown during ordering. Local delivery may also be available depending on the order and location. Delivery fees, when applicable, are based on distance and order details.
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable retainer to reserve your date. Because ingredients, supplies, and preparation are planned in advance, retainers are non-refundable. Any remaining balance and cancellation terms should follow the policy provided with your order confirmation or invoice.
Tiffany Nicole Bakery is not an allergen-free kitchen. Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While ingredient requests can be discussed, I cannot guarantee against cross-contact.

Yes. Custom decorated sugar cookies are available for birthdays, showers, weddings, holidays, and other special events. Pricing varies based on the level of detail and design complexity.
Yes. A box of 6 is one flavor. A box of 12 may include up to 3 flavors with a minimum of 4 cookies per flavor. A box of 24 may include up to 6 flavors with a minimum of 4 cookies per flavor. Oatmeal Cream Pie is a premium sandwich cookie and is an additional $1 each.
Cookies should be kept sealed at room temperature for best freshness. For longer storage, they may be frozen. Cinnamon rolls should be stored according to the icing and flavor included with the order. Specific storage and reheating instructions may be provided with your order.
